Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information needed to authenticate and identify you on the platform.
Blueprint Data
Goals, targets, milestones, and business metrics that you enter into your Life Blueprint and Command Center. This data is provided entirely by you and is used to power your personalized dashboard experience.
Usage Data
Daily tracking data including deep work hours, pushups, streaks, alignment scores, ritual completions, and other metrics you log through normal use of the platform.
Business Metrics
SaaS and business data you choose to enter, such as MRR, subscriber counts, churn rate, CAC, and LTV. All business metrics are user-entered and we do not pull data from external sources without your explicit permission.
AI Conversation Data
Messages and conversations you have with Blork, your AI mentor. These conversations are stored to provide context-aware mentoring and improve your experience over time.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store, access, or process your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information directly. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns. This helps us understand how the platform is used and where we can improve.
How We Use Your Information
- --Product delivery: Powering your dashboard, tracking, scoring, and all core platform features.
- --AI mentoring: Providing personalized guidance through Blork using your goals, metrics, and conversation history.
- --Analytics: Understanding platform usage to improve features, performance, and user experience.
- --Email communication: Sending account-related notifications, product updates, and optional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the platform. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

- --localStorage: Used to store your game state, preferences, and session data locally in your browser. This data does not leave your device unless synced to your account.
- --Vercel Analytics: Privacy-focused, anonymized web analytics. No personal data is collected.
- --Advertising pixels: TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel may be used on our marketing pages for advertising measurement. These can be blocked with standard browser ad-blocking tools.
- --Authentication cookies: Session cookies set by Supabase to keep you logged in.
Children's Privacy
iFocusHQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. International Data Transfers
