The iFocus System
How to Jump Timelines
This is the system.
Not theory. Not motivation. Not another framework you will forget in a week.
This is how you actually jump timelines.
We are going to make this so simple you will wonder why nobody explained it this way before.
By the end, you will have your Target Timeline Blueprint, the exact coordinates for the reality you are jumping to and a game plan for getting there.
Ready? Let us get into it.
Part 1: The Target Timeline
Picture It
Close your eyes for a second.
Think about the life you actually want.
Not the realistic version. Not the I should be grateful for what I have version.
The real one. The one you think about when nobody is watching.
Where do you live? What city? What kind of place?
What do you drive?
What does your morning look like?
What adventures are you going on?
How do you feel when you wake up?
Really picture it. The house. The car. The lifestyle. The freedom.
Got it?
Good.
That is your target timeline. A specific reality where a specific version of you lives.
It Already Exists
Here is something most people do not know.
That timeline already exists.
According to quantum physics, actual science not wishful thinking, every possible version of your life is happening right now. The version of you who made different choices, who started the business, who moved to the city, who got in shape, he is real. He is living that life right now in an alternate timeline.
This is not philosophy. This is physics.
Your job is not to build that life from scratch.
Your job is to jump to that timeline.
You Can Hack This
Most people think reality is fixed. Something that happens TO them. Something they are stuck with.
But now you know the truth.
Reality is not fixed. It is something you SELECT. Something you can change. Something you can hack.
You can identify a different timeline. Lock onto it. And jump.
That makes you a Reality Hacker.
Someone who sees reality for what it really is, not a prison, but a game. A game you can win.
That Version of You
Now think about that version of you.
The version of you who is already living in that target timeline.
What did he accomplish to get there? What is different about him?
He made different choices. Built different habits. Developed different skills. Hit different milestones.
He is not imaginary. He is the real you in an alternate timeline.
And he is going to guide you there.
But first, you need to know exactly where you are going.
You need coordinates.
Part 2: Why Coordinates Matter
The GPS Problem
Think about GPS for a second.
If you type in somewhere nice in California, nothing happens. The GPS cannot help you.
But if you type in a specific address, 123 Main Street, Los Angeles, CA, it plots the exact route. Turn by turn. You will get there.
Timeline jumping works the same way.
Vague desires create vague results. I want to be successful is not a coordinate. It is a wish.
Specific coordinates create specific jumps.
The more crystal clear you are about where you are going, the faster you get there. Your mind can see it. You can design the exact plan. Everything clicks.
So What Are The Coordinates?
Think about what you just pictured.
Your target timeline has a LOT of specific details. The city. The house. The car. The lifestyle. The freedom.
If you wrote down every single detail, every specific thing about that life, you would have a long list.
And here is the key insight.
At the intersection of all those specific things, there is only ONE timeline that has ALL of them.
The city AND the car AND the lifestyle AND the freedom AND everything else, all together, that is ONE specific reality.
Makes sense, right? The more specific you get, the more you narrow it down.
The Problem With Too Many Details
But here is the issue.
If you try to track fifty coordinates, you will go insane. Too many things to focus on. Too much complexity. The system collapses.
So what if we could simplify it?
What if there were just THREE coordinates that, when combined, would basically guarantee all the other stuff falls into place?
Three things. That is it. Simple enough to remember. Specific enough to work.
That is exactly what we are going to find.
Part 3: The First Coordinate
What You Already Pictured
When you imagined your target timeline, you pictured a certain lifestyle.
A nice place to live. Maybe a car you have always wanted. Adventures. Travel. Freedom.
Now let me ask you something.
Did you picture yourself broke?
Obviously not.
That lifestyle costs money. That freedom requires resources. Whatever you envisioned for yourself, I guarantee it is not cheap.
That is fine. That is encouraged. Life is a game, and money is just how you exchange value for the experiences you want.
So obviously, the version of you in that target timeline figured out the money thing.
The 9 to 5 Problem
If you are currently working a 9 to 5, that is fine. Most people start there.
But think about it logically.
A traditional job anchors you to one timeline. One location. One schedule. One ceiling.
Your boss decides when you work. Your company decides where you work. Your salary decides what you can afford.
If your target timeline includes travel, adventure, flexibility, or significant wealth, a 9 to 5 probably will not get you there.
Do not worry. We are not saying quit tomorrow. We will build a game plan later.
Right now, we are just getting clear on the target.
The Obvious Answer
So if a 9 to 5 will not cut it, what is the alternative?
Some kind of business. Some way to generate income that YOU control.
And if you want location freedom, the ability to work from anywhere, travel, live wherever you want, that business needs to be digital.
A digital business you can run from a laptop or phone. From anywhere in the world.
This is obvious when you think about it. You want financial freedom, you need income you control. You want location freedom, you need a business that travels with you. You want time freedom, you need something that scales beyond your hours.
The version of you in your target timeline figured this out.
Your First Coordinate: Business Milestone
So here is your first coordinate.
B, a specific business milestone.
Not be successful. Not make money. Something specific. Something triggerable, meaning you either hit it or you did not.
Think about the version of you in your target timeline. What business milestone did he hit?
Maybe it is first 1K online. 10K per month. 100K per year. First 1,000 customers. Quit the 9 to 5. Full financial independence.
What is your number? What is the milestone that puts you in that target timeline?
That is coordinate B. That is Wealth.
Part 4: The Second Coordinate
What Else You Pictured
Now think about what else you saw when you imagined your target timeline.
When you pictured that version of you, be honest, did you picture yourself overweight and out of shape?
Obviously not.
You pictured yourself healthy. Fit. Energetic. Sharp.
Maybe a specific build. A version of yourself you would be proud of.
Why This Matters
Here is the thing about building a business and chasing a target timeline.
It takes energy. Serious energy.
You cannot build an empire running on empty. You cannot make sharp decisions when you are foggy and tired. You cannot show up every day if your body is breaking down.
Your body is the vehicle for everything else.
The version of you in your target timeline? He takes care of himself. He has energy. Discipline. Endurance. He is combat ready.
One Thing Pulls Everything Else
Here is something important.
You do not need to track fifty health metrics.
You do not need to optimize your sleep, water intake, macros, steps, and heart rate variability.
You just need ONE athletic achievement to aim for.
Think about it.
If your goal is to run a marathon, do you not think you will naturally start eating better? Sleeping better? Drinking more water? Taking care of yourself?
Of course. You would have to.
One ambitious athletic achievement pulls everything else into place.
You are not tracking fifty things. You are tracking ONE thing. Everything else follows.
Your Second Coordinate: Athletic Achievement
So here is your second coordinate.
A, a specific athletic achievement.
Something triggerable. You either did it or you did not.
Think about the version of you in your target timeline. What did he accomplish physically?
Maybe it is run a 5K. Run a marathon. Complete an ultramarathon. Bench press 225 lbs. Visible six pack at a certain weight. Complete a triathlon.
What athletic achievement would that version of you have accomplished?
That is coordinate A. That is Health.
Part 5: The Third Coordinate
One More Thing
Almost there. One more question.
The version of you in your target timeline, is he boring?
Is he just a workaholic grinder with no personality? No depth? No interests outside of work?
Obviously not.
You pictured someone interesting. Someone with skills and hobbies that make them unique.
Someone you would actually want to be around.
What Makes You Interesting
This is the coordinate most people forget.
They focus on money. They focus on fitness. And they become one dimensional.
But the version of you in your target timeline? He is well rounded.
Maybe he speaks another language. Maybe he plays an instrument. Maybe he is skilled at poker, cooking, photography, martial arts, or something else.
He has a creative practice. Something he does that has nothing to do with making money.
Why This Matters
Your creative practice is what makes you YOU. It is expression. Creativity. Joy.
And here is a secret.
It actually makes you better at business.
Your creative practice recharges your creative energy. It gives your mind a break from work. It exercises different mental muscles.
Then you come back to business sharper. More creative. More energized.
Health fuels business. Business funds adventures. Creative practice recharges everything. It all feeds together.
Your Third Coordinate: Creative Practice
So here is your third coordinate.
C, a specific creative practice.
Something you are developing on the side. Something that makes you interesting.
Think about the version of you in your target timeline. What skill or hobby does he have?
Maybe it is fluent in Spanish or another language. Can play songs on piano or another instrument. Trained in martial arts. Skilled at poker. Can cook amazing meals. Has a consistent yoga or meditation practice.
What creative practice does that version of you have?
That is coordinate C. That is Happiness.
Part 6: The Mentor
ABC, Three Coordinates, One Timeline
Look at what you just did.
You set three specific coordinates.
A, Athletic Achievement, that is Health. B, Business Milestone, that is Wealth. C, Creative Practice, that is Happiness.
ABC. Health, Wealth, Happiness.
Everyone knows those are the three things that matter in life. We just made them specific. Triggerable. Measurable.
And here is where it clicks.
Remember how we said the intersection of specific things creates ONE specific timeline?
Well, at the intersection of YOUR specific A, YOUR specific B, and YOUR specific C, there is only ONE specific timeline.
Your exact athletic achievement plus your exact business milestone plus your exact creative practice equals one reality where someone has ALL THREE.
That is your target timeline.
Not vague. Not someday. A specific reality with a specific version of you living in it.
Meet The Mentor
Now picture that version of you clearly.
The version of you who hit all three coordinates.
He built the business. He is in great shape. He has the creative edge.
He is not imaginary. According to quantum physics, he actually exists in an alternate timeline right now.
We call him The Mentor.
Because that is what he is, the version of you who already figured it out. He already made the decisions. Already built the habits. Already knows what works.
You just unlocked him.
And he is going to guide you to that exact timeline.
Why We Focus on the Person
Notice something important.
We did not set coordinates for the house. We did not set coordinates for the car.
We set coordinates for the PERSON.
Why?
Because you can control who you become. You cannot directly control the house and car.
But when you become the person who hits those three coordinates, the lifestyle follows. The house follows. The car follows. The freedom follows.
The lifestyle is the OUTPUT.
The person is the INPUT.
Become the right person, and the lifestyle is inevitable.
How to Use The Mentor
The Mentor is not just a visualization. He is a practical tool.
When you face a decision, ask what would The Mentor do?
When you plan your day, ask what would The Mentor's day look like?
When you want to skip the workout, ask would The Mentor skip this?
He already made these decisions. He already has the discipline. He already knows what works.
You are not guessing. You are following his lead.
This is method acting. Actors do not pretend to be their character, they BECOME the character. They adopt the mindset, the habits, the decisions.
You are method acting as The Mentor.
Every day you live as him, the gap shrinks.
Until one day there is no gap at all.
You are not acting anymore. You ARE him.
That is the jump. That is when you have collapsed into the target timeline.
Part 7: The Gap
Where You Are Now
You have your three coordinates. You can see The Mentor clearly.
Now let us be real for a second.
You are obviously not there yet. If you were, you would not be reading this.
There is a gap between where you are now and where The Mentor is.
Why the Gap Does Not Matter
Here is the thing.
We are not going to dwell on it.
Your past does not matter. Where you are at right now barely matters.
What matters is your target timeline, where you are going. Your three coordinates, ABC. Your game plan, how you will close the gap.
That is it.
The gap is just navigation data. GPS needs your current location to plot a route. But you do not sit there feeling bad about where you are. You just start moving.
So let us build the game plan.
Part 8: The Season
90 Day Sprints
The gap between you and The Mentor might look massive.
That is fine. You do not close it in a day.
You close it in seasons.
A season is 90 days. One quarter. About 13 weeks.
Why 90 days?
It is the scientifically proven sweet spot. Long enough to make real progress. Short enough to maintain focus and urgency.
And it matches the calendar year, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Everyone is on the same schedule. Simple.
The Power of Seasons: Shifting Focus
Here is what makes seasons powerful.
You do not have to go equally hard on all three coordinates every season.
Think about it.
Winter might be your BUSINESS season. Heads down. Building. Grinding. Maybe you maintain your fitness and practice your creative skill, but business gets the spotlight.
Spring might be your ATHLETIC season. Weather is nice. Time to get outside. Train hard. Maybe you maintain business momentum and keep practicing, but your body gets the spotlight.
Summer might be your CREATIVE season. Looser schedule. Time to dive deep into that language or instrument or skill.
Fall might be your BALANCE season. Equal attention across all three as you prepare for the next year.
Seasons let you FOCUS. Real focus. On one thing at a time, while keeping the others alive.
That is way more effective than trying to go 100 percent on everything all the time, which leads to burnout.
Seasonal Checkpoints
Each season has ONE checkpoint per coordinate.
Think of the seasonal checkpoint as the INTERSECTION point for that season.
Where do A, B, and C need to be at the end of these 90 days?
That intersection is your season's target. Hit all three checkpoints equals you have reached the seasonal intersection. You are on pace.
A, Athletic, checkpoint. Where does your body need to be in 90 days?
B, Business, checkpoint. Where does your business need to be in 90 days?
C, Creative, checkpoint. Where does your practice need to be in 90 days?
If your seasonal focus is business, that checkpoint might be aggressive. The others might be maintenance. That is fine.
The key is at the intersection of those three checkpoints equals one season closer to The Mentor.
Part 9: The Game Plan
Inputs and Outputs
Here is how to actually hit your checkpoints.
Outputs equal what you want, the checkpoint, the result. Inputs equal what you control, the daily actions, the work.
You cannot directly control outputs. You cannot force 1K online to happen.
But you can control inputs. How many posts you publish. How many calls you make. How many hours you put in.
The right inputs, done consistently, produce the outputs.
For each checkpoint, ask what inputs would make this inevitable?
If your A checkpoint is run a 5K, the input might be run 3 times per week and add distance gradually each week.
If your B checkpoint is first 1K online, the input might be post content daily and reach out to 10 potential customers per week.
The game plan is simple. What inputs are you committing to this season?
The Weekly Mission
90 days is too abstract for daily planning. So we break it into weeks.
Each week has a WEEKLY MISSION.
The Weekly Mission includes checkpoint progress, where do you need to be by end of week to stay on pace. Daily Objectives, the specific tasks for each day. The Schedule, a rough outline of when things happen.
This gets set on Sunday or Monday during your weekly strategy session.
You look at where you are on each checkpoint, your game plan inputs, and what needs to happen this week.
And you sketch out the week. Run Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Deep work 1 to 5pm Monday through Friday. Poker night Wednesday. Language practice every evening.
You are not just setting vague goals. You are SCHEDULING the week. Mapping out what happens when.
Part 10: The Present
Where The Jump Actually Happens
Seasons are 90 days. Weeks are 7 days. Days are 24 hours.
But the actual jump?
It happens in the PRESENT.
In real time. Right now. This moment.
When you are deciding whether to hit the gym or skip it, that is where the jump happens.
When you are deciding whether to do the work or scroll your phone, that is where the jump happens.
When you are deciding whether to practice or do it later, that is where the jump happens.
The jump is living as The Mentor. Making his decisions. Being him.
Not in some future moment. NOW.
Every present moment you live as him equals you are collapsing into the timeline.
Lock Tonight, Execute Tomorrow
Here is the mechanic that makes it work.
Every evening, you CONFIRM and LOCK tomorrow.
Look at tomorrow's objectives from your Weekly Mission. Does it still make sense? Any adjustments needed based on how today went?
Make any tweaks. Then LOCK it.
Three to five specific objectives. Things that WILL happen.
Not I will try. Not I hope to.
Locked.
Once locked, it does not change. You decided tonight. Tomorrow you just execute.
Why This Works
Decision making is exhausting. Every morning you wake up wondering what should I do, you are burning energy on choices instead of action.
The lock system removes the decision.
Tomorrow morning you do not think. You do not negotiate with yourself. You do not check how you feel about it.
You just execute what The Mentor already decided.
The week was strategized on Sunday. Tomorrow was confirmed and locked tonight. All that is left is execution.
Alignment
The key metric.
Did I do what I said I would do?
If you locked 4 objectives and completed 4, that is 100 percent alignment.
If you locked 4 and completed 3, that is 75 percent.
Alignment measures how closely you lived as The Mentor today.
One day of alignment does not change your life.
90 days of 90 percent plus alignment transforms everything.
Part 11: The ABC Day
Structuring Your Day
Here is a bonus. You can structure your entire day around ABC.
A equals Morning. Train. Move your body. Get the energy flowing. Health.
B equals Day. Work. Execute on the business. Make progress toward the milestone. Wealth.
C equals Evening. Practice. Develop the creative skill. Recharge. Happiness.
Morning. Day. Night. Athletic. Business. Creative. Health. Wealth. Happiness.
ABC.
When you are not sure how to structure your day, follow the ABC flow.
Part 12: Start The Clock
Locking Your Coordinates
You have set your ABC coordinates.
You can see The Mentor, the version of you who has all three.
Now here is what happens.
You lock them in and start the clock.
The game is to see how fast you can collapse into that timeline. How quickly can you check off all three coordinates?
That is why we do not encourage changing your coordinates or starting over. You are ON THE CLOCK. The timer is running.
Each season is a sprint toward the intersection. Each checkpoint gets you closer. Each day of alignment collapses more of the gap.
The Collapse Cycle
When you hit a coordinate, you check it off. You have collapsed that part of the timeline.
Then you set a NEW coordinate for that pillar. A bigger one. A higher target.
And you keep going.
Hit the 5K, new target is marathon. Hit 10K per month, new target is 50K per month. Get conversational in Spanish, new target is fluency.
You are not starting over. You are leveling up.
The clock keeps running. You keep collapsing.
Part 13: The Complete System
The Cascade
Here is how everything connects.
TARGET TIMELINE
The life you are jumping to. Defined by ABC.
THREE COORDINATES (ABC)
A = Athletic Achievement (Health)
B = Business Milestone (Wealth)
C = Creative Practice (Happiness)
Intersection = one specific timeline
THE MENTOR
The version of you at that intersection.
SEASON (90 Days)
Three checkpoints for this quarter. Intersection = one season closer.
WEEKLY MISSION
Objectives + Schedule. Set Sunday.
DAILY OBJECTIVES
Confirm and lock each night.
THE PRESENT
Live as The Mentor. Now.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The one thing to do right now.
Every layer connects. Every piece makes the next obvious.
Why This Works
Notice how simple this is.
Three coordinates. ABC. Health, Wealth, Happiness.
One mentor. One checkpoint per coordinate per season. Weekly mission. Daily lock.
That is it.
No hundred metrics. No optimizing every detail. No complexity that collapses under its own weight.
The simplicity is the point. Complex systems fail. They need too much maintenance. Too much willpower.
This system is simple enough to run forever.
Lock. Execute. Review. Repeat.
Season after season.
Until you ARE The Mentor.
Until you are living in your target timeline.
Welcome, Reality Hacker
You now see what most people never will.
Reality is not fixed. Timelines exist. Jumping is possible.
You are not stuck. There is a version of you living your target life right now.
You have got the coordinates. You have got The Mentor. You have got the game plan.
ABC. Health. Wealth. Happiness. Lock. Execute. Collapse.
That is the system.
Start the clock.
See you in the target timeline.
