XP & Levels
The progression system that makes effort visible.
XP (Experience Points) is the currency of progression in iFocus. Every action earns XP. XP fills your level bar. Levels unlock titles. At Level 100, you can Prestige and start again with a permanent star. XP is Pro Mode only.
How to Earn XP

| Perfect alignment day (10.0) | +100 XP bonus |
Streak Multipliers
Longer streaks earn XP faster:
1.25x
7-day streak
1.5x
30-day streak
2.0x
90-day streak
Level Titles
Your level (1-100) comes with a title that shows your progression:

Level Curve
XP required per level increases exponentially. Early levels come fast. Later levels require sustained effort.
Prestige System
At Level 100, you can Prestige:
- ◆Reset to Level 1
- ◆Keep a permanent star on your profile
- ◆Each prestige adds another star
Example display:
⭐⭐ Level 24 — Contender
= Level 24, prestiged twice (has hit 100 twice before)
Prestige creates infinite progression. The most dedicated players accumulate stars over years of play.
Practice Mode Note
XP and levels are Pro Mode only. In Practice Mode, you learn the game mechanics but don't accumulate XP. When you upgrade to Pro, you start at Level 1 — the real climb begins.
