Practice Mode is the training ground. You get the full game framework:

Every action earns XP. Complete objectives, maintain streaks, hit alignment targets. Level up from 1 to 100 with titles from Rookie to Transcendent. At 100, prestige for a permanent star.
AI Highest-Self Mentor
Your personal AI coach trained on your Highest Self profile. It knows your values, your goals, your Dream Reality. It holds you accountable, offers guidance, and asks the hard questions. Like having a world-class mentor in your pocket.
AI-Rated Alignment
In Practice, you rate yourself. In Pro, the AI rates you objectively based on your logged actions. No more self-deception. The score is earned, not claimed.
Streak Freezes
Life happens. Pro players earn streak freezes (1 per 30-day streak, max 3 stored) that protect your progress during travel, illness, or emergencies.
