Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iFocusHQ ("the Service"), operated by iFocus Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and paid subscribers. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

iFocusHQ is a SaaS dashboard platform for micro SaaS founders and solo entrepreneurs. The Service provides tools for tracking business metrics, managing daily routines and deep work, setting goals, and receiving AI-powered mentoring through our AI assistant ("Blork").

The Service is available at app.ifocushq.com and may be accessed via web browser or installed as a progressive web app. Features, functionality, and availability may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear to be fraudulent.

4. Subscription and Billing

iFocusHQ offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly: $29 per month, billed monthly
• Pro Annual: $290 per year, billed annually
• Lifetime: $299 one-time payment for permanent access (limited availability)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual plans) until you cancel. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the Settings page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that period ends.

5. Free Tier

iFocusHQ offers a free tier that includes access to the daily ritual system, basic objective tracking, limited AI mentor messages (3 per week), and 7 days of history. The free tier is available indefinitely with no credit card required.

We reserve the right to modify the features, limits, or availability of the free tier at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

6. AI Mentor Disclaimer

The AI mentor feature ("Blork") is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. Blork is an AI-powered assistant that offers general guidance on business strategy, productivity, and personal development.

Blork is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

• Blork does not provide professional business, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice
• AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should not make critical business or personal decisions based solely on AI output
• Always consult qualified professionals for specialized advice

We are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on information provided by the AI mentor.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or circumvent usage limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, content, branding, and documentation, is the property of iFocus Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFocus Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page in the app or by contacting us at support@ifocushq.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

12. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@ifocushq.com.

Refunds are processed at our discretion and typically returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not available, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within the same 14-day window from the date of purchase.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
