GETTING STARTED

Dream Reality

Your destination. Where your Highest Self lives.

Your Highest Self doesn't live in a vague "better life." They live in a specific reality — a Dream Reality you design. This is your destination. The clearer it is, the easier it is to navigate there.

The Three Dimensions

Your Dream Reality has three parts:

Environment

Where does your Highest Self wake up?

Location, home, surroundings. Be specific. Not "a nice house" — describe it. Beachfront condo in Miami? Mountain cabin in Colorado? Penthouse in Manhattan? What do you see when you open your eyes?

Mission

What does your Highest Self do?

Work, contribution, purpose. What's the work that energizes them? Running a $100M company? Creating art full-time? Building technology that changes the world? What impact do they make?

Rhythm

How does your Highest Self's day flow?

Morning routine, work blocks, evening wind-down. What time do they wake up? How do they start the day? When do they work, train, create, rest? What's the ideal 24 hours look like?

Example Dream Reality

Environment

Modern home office overlooking the Austin skyline. Minimalist, tech-forward. A dedicated gym in the garage. Electric cars in the driveway.

Mission

Running a SaaS company doing $10M ARR with a lean team. Building tools that help people level up. Creating content that inspires action.

Rhythm

5:30 AM wake, meditate, gym by 6. Deep work 8-12. Lunch break, walk. Meetings 1-3. Creative work 3-5. Family time 6-8. Read, plan, sleep by 10.

Why This Matters

Most goals fail because they're disconnected from a bigger picture. "Lose 20 pounds" doesn't stick if you don't know why it matters to your future self.

Your Dream Reality connects everything. When you know your Highest Self wakes up at 5:30 AM and hits the gym, skipping today's workout feels like betraying that future. When you know your mission is building a $10M company, wasting time on distractions feels wrong.

The Dream Reality is your North Star. Every season, week, and day should move you closer to it.

Version Control

Your Dream Reality isn't static. You can update it each season. iFocus saves every version with a timestamp so you can track how your vision evolves.

At your yearly review, you'll see how far you've come — not just in stats, but in clarity of vision. Powerful.

Mid-Season Review

Around Day 45 of each season, you'll get a prompt to re-read your Dream Reality. It's read-only (you can't change it mid-season), but the reminder keeps your destination fresh. "Read your vivid vision often" — the game builds that in.
