THE GAME

Life Pillars (ABC)

Three dimensions of your Highest Self.

Your life operates across three pillars — the ABC formula. These are lifetime achievements that prove you became your Highest Self. Not daily habits. Not weekly goals. The big ones.

The Three Pillars

A

Athletic Achievement

Physical mastery. Your body is the vehicle for everything else.

Examples:

  • Complete an Ironman triathlon
  • Reach 12% body fat
  • Run a sub-3-hour marathon
  • Deadlift 500 lbs
  • Master a martial art (black belt)
B

Business Milestone

Value creation. How you make an impact and build wealth.

Examples:

  • Build a company doing $10M/year revenue
  • Reach $1M net worth
  • Get promoted to VP/C-level
  • Raise a successful funding round
  • Exit a company
C

Creative SideQuest

Creative expression. The thing that makes you uniquely you.

Examples:

  • Publish a bestselling book
  • Release a music album
  • Build and launch an app
  • Complete a film/documentary
  • Create an art exhibition

Why ABC?

Most people only focus on one thing. Grind at work, neglect health. Train obsessively, neglect career. The ABC formula forces balance across the three dimensions that matter most.

Your Highest Self isn't just fit, or just wealthy, or just creative. They're all three. The game keeps you honest about pursuing all of them.

Triggerable Goals

Life Pillars must be triggerable — binary outcomes that either happened or didn't.

Good (Triggerable)

  • ✓ "Complete an Ironman"
  • ✓ "Reach $1M revenue"
  • ✓ "Publish a book"

Bad (Vague)

  • ✗ "Get in shape"
  • ✗ "Make more money"
  • ✗ "Be more creative"

Lifetime vs Seasonal

Your Life Pillars are lifetime goals. They might take years to achieve. Each season, you set a Seasonal Challenge that moves you toward them.

LIFE PILLAR (A): Complete an Ironman
↳ Season 1: Run 100 total miles
↳ Season 2: Complete a half-Ironman
↳ Season 3: Full Ironman training camp
↳ Season 4: Ironman race day

The big goal stays fixed. The seasonal goals break it down into 90-day chunks.
