The Big Picture

iFocus treats your life like a video game. You have one objective: become your Highest Self — the version of you that already has everything you want.

The game gives you structure: 90-day seasons, weekly missions, daily objectives. You lock in your commitments ahead of time, then just execute. Open the app, see what's next, do it. That's the whole game.

The 5 Steps to Play

Create Your Highest Self

First, you design your character — the future version of you. Give them a name, define their values, pick their mindset. This is who you're becoming.

Think of it like character creation in an RPG. You're not playing as a random hero — you're playing as Future You.

Define Your Dream Reality

Next, define where your Highest Self lives. Where do they wake up? What do they do? How does their day flow? This is your destination.

Be specific. "Rich and happy" doesn't cut it. "Waking up in a beachfront house, running a $10M company, writing books on the side" — that's a Dream Reality.

Lock Your Season

Set your 90-day Seasonal Challenge. Pick one goal for each life pillar:

  • A (Athletic): A physical goal (run 100 miles, hit a weight target)
  • B (Business): A value creation goal (launch a product, hit revenue)
  • C (Creative): A creative goal (write a book, release a song)

Complete all three = pass. Miss any = fail. No partial credit. This is what makes it a game.

Lock Your Week → Lock Your Day

Each week, set your weekly mission. Each night, lock tomorrow's objectives. You decide what to do BEFORE the day starts — not in the moment.

This is the Lock System. When you wake up, you don't decide what to do. You already decided. You just execute.

Play: What's Next?

Open the app. See your next objective. Do it. Mark it done. See the next one. Repeat.

That's the whole game. The app tells you what's next. You do it. At the end of the day, you get an Alignment Score (1-10) measuring how closely you lived as your Highest Self.

The Daily Loop

MORNING
Wake up → Get Morning Intel (yesterday's wins, today's objectives) → Start your first task
AFTERNOON
Pulse Check → Quick self-assessment (Behind / On Track / Crushing It) → Course correct if needed
EVENING
Review your day → Get your Alignment Score → Lock tomorrow's objectives → Sleep with a clear mind
